Amber Chlorine & Scale Reduction Push-Fit

This is the push-fit version of our Amber filter suitable for use with the latest FreshWater stainless steel push fit filter housing.

The Amber filter cartridge incorporates granular activated carbon which is combined with De-alk resin. Effective against chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, oestrogens and heavy metals, such as cadmium, lead and mercury. The Amber cartridge will also tackle hard water, which is seen as limescale in kettles and as an unsightly scum on the surface of hot drinks. Water hardness varies greatly depending upon location and your Amber filter cartridge will need to be replaced at 2 - 6 monthly intervals depending upon the hardness of your water and the amount you use.
