Franke Zurich FilterFlow Brass Casing 4144R

The 4144R Brass Casing is used with the Franke Zurich FilterFlow tap to house and support the filter diverter cartridge.  If the casing becomes damaged or worn, replacing it allows the existing tap and diverter system to continue working without replacing the complete tap.

Useful Tips - Removing and Fitting the 4144R Brass Casing

Before starting, turn off the water supply to the tap and open the tap to release any remaining water pressure.

To replace the casing, the tap handle must first be removed to gain access to the diverter assembly. The existing diverter cartridge is removed, allowing the brass casing to be unscrewed and replaced. Once the new 4144R casing is fitted, the compatible diverter cartridge is refitted and the tap is reassembled.
